Description

• Conducts research via online tools to identify applicant entity and beneficial owners • Initiates communication with onboarding entities via phone and email to gather missing information to complete business, association and personal/representative scores • Manages data for onboarded clients in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached • Identify potential KYC concerns and escalate to compliance manager during the onboarding and ongoing review process • Accurately risk assess new and existing clients, resolving issues where appropriate • Undertake renewal due diligence on existing clients to ensure identification of changes in risk profile • Perform weekly audits of onboarded entities to track and improve team accuracy • Assists in the development and improvement of policies and procedures for the team • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential • Other related administrative responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant client onboarding experience • Strong written and verbal skills • Well organized and good at multitasking • Understanding of US Patriot Act, BSA/AML requirements • Ability to develop effective working relationships in a cross-functional environment • PC proficiency, able to learn new online tools quickly
