• Own full-cycle hiring for open roles across the US and LATAM • Source proactively using LinkedIn RecruiterLite and Juicebox • Post new roles and set up interview processes in Ashby • Manage all pipelines in Ashby, keeping stages accurate and candidates informed • Run intake calls with hiring managers to get up to speed on new roles quickly • Schedule and coordinate interviews across the team • Run kick off calls and debriefs with the interview panel • Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end • Be the first point of contact for employee HR questions • Handle routine compliance tasks • Support benefits open enrollment communications • Keep the NYC office running: snacks, supplies, the basics • Coordinate team happy hours and social events • Own logistics for our company-wide onsite
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations • Proven ability to source and hire across a range of role types - technical, GTM, US and LATAM markets • Comfortable working across ATS, HRIS and sourcing tools • Strong organisational instincts and the confidence to hold a process together when no one is watching • This role can be NYC based, or in one of our hubs: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, or Toronto, Montreal.
