📋 Description

• Identify and prospect opportunities for new customer • Define and execute account strategies across a range of customer accounts, including conducting market and competitor research. • Drive effective funnel management to achieve sales targets and align with Philips business objectives. • Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business Unit leaders during key stages of the sales process. • Establish meaningful partnerships with customers and maintain strong relationships. • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans to achieve sales objectives and deliver commercial targets. • In-depth experience selling Healthcare products in a clinical environment and/or strong knowledge of the hospital ecosystem. • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities for escalation or acceleration to deliver results. • Strong customer orientation with a history of cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives. • Ability to leverage specialist knowledge and product resources to develop tailored customer offerings. • Resilient sales mindset with adaptability in a dynamic customer environment. • Ability to work with clients around Poland
