📋 Description

• Conduct active outbound prospecting • Reach out to potential customers • Present solutions and opportunities • Lead negotiations and manage the commercial process • Work with targets and performance indicators • Participate in training and development meetings • Develop sales techniques and performance • Develop leadership and sales team management skills as you progress

🎯 Requirements

• No prior sales experience required • Good communication and ease in building relationships • Proactive, determined, and results-oriented profile • Organization and discipline to work remotely • Availability to attend daily meetings and training • Willingness to learn and grow in the commercial area • High school diploma (Secondary education)
