Description

• Provide high-quality digital marketing support to customers globally • Handle inbound and outbound customer service via live chat, email, phone, and Zoom • Respond to customer inquiries about product details, technical support, billing issues, etc. • Log support tickets and update status in the ticketing system • Gather customer feedback and liaise with relevant departments for resolution • Develop consultative relationships with assigned accounts • Assist with onboarding and training new customers • Prepare periodic reports for management • Growth potential to take on Account Management responsibilities • Pitchbox empowers marketing teams at top brands, publishers, and agencies with its marketing automation software • Strategic growth potential with significant investments in AI, automation, and new product development

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or B2B client service • Experience with ticketing and live chat support • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer interactions • Ability to uphold customer relationships, professionalism, and high ethical standards • Ability to manage customer escalations and challenging interactions • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Bonus points for experience in software support, familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM software experience, account management focus, technological adeptness, knowledge of SEO/PR/Digital Marketing, university degree, outgoing and engaging personality • Applicants are encouraged to apply if they resonate with the role and company values even if they don't meet all criteria
