Requirements
• At least 2 years BDM experience in sales/finance account management within QLD • Desire to grow the chosen territory using current network • Proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets in broker industry • Strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting • "Hunting" mindset with ability to self-start and drive leads independently • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and improve knowledge
