📋 Description

• Ensure monthly results with a strong sales conversion rate, actively seeking opportunities to prospect new clients • Develop new business through proactive prospecting • Record all interactions with customers and prospects in Pluxee's internal system (CRM) • Manage commercial activities and monitor contractual execution for the client portfolio • Strengthen commercial relationships with customers and prospects through regular technical-commercial meetings • Contribute to cross-functional working groups to improve commercial routines and processes that enhance the customer experience with Pluxee

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales (postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven negotiation ability • B2B sales — experience with fuel, fleet management, or telematics is desirable • Residence in São Paulo or surrounding region
