• Actively prospect large enterprise companies in the Corporate segment. • Attend corporate events, trade shows, and HR gatherings to generate opportunities. • Ensure that stages of the sales funnel are accurately recorded in systems, complying with commercial policies and compliance requirements. • Participate in competitive bidding processes, understanding companies' real needs and proposing solutions that are meaningful for employees, HR, and the organization as a whole. • Develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. • Build relationships with decision-makers and their key contacts. • Present comprehensive, customized benefits solutions aligned with market trends. • Independently develop and execute targeted sales plans, delivering an impeccable sales process from prospecting to closing and upholding a high standard of excellence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Knowledge: Microsoft Office and Salesforce. • Proven experience in consultative sales and enterprise account prospecting. • Experience with competitive bidding processes. • Ability to build relationships across different functions and hierarchical levels. • Senior, entrepreneurial profile with autonomy to develop outreach strategies. • Fluent English (preferred).
