Description

• Lead and implement test automation processes for Salesforce and connected applications • Collaborate with SMEs, Project Managers, and DevOps Manager for successful project delivery • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks • Source and implement automation testing tools • Conduct manual testing on Salesforce.com platform • Write and maintain test documentation • Mentor team members on test automation and manual testing best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate user story definitions and impact on testing

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in test automation and manual QA • Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices • Experience in Salesforce test automation tools like Copado, Azure, or others • Salesforce.com certification required; QA certification preferred • Experience with NetSuite is highly desired • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to lead and mentor team members • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in testing • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
