Description
• Manager of an Enterprise Sales team responsible for managing inbound funnel and prospecting • Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth predictability • Execution of sales strategy for scaling team • Hands-on leadership focused on growth, development, and coaching • Strong technical aptitudes required • Building account plans and running strategic POCs • Implementing and refining sales methodologies • Analytical thinking to turn metrics into decisions • Personal/professional experience with 1Password or similar is a bonus
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills over various channels • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams • Experience in selling into large businesses • Excellent organization and time management skills • Strong forecast methodology • Experience with tools like Salesforce.com, Looker, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Understanding of security space • Ability to present data in a meaningful way
