• Promote, manage performance review, retention, commercialize and sell the D2C Media VBDC service • Work closely with sales and customer support representatives to ensure a high-quality customer experience • Develop strategic plans to promote VBDC service, increase market share, and achieve sales targets • Nurture prospects and facilitate the proposal process • Participate in VBDC delivery

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategies with sales representative • Schedule monthly performance reviews with existing clients • Manage complaints on VBDC product and follow up with customers • Act as trusted advisor to customers • Define and track KPIs for CRM customer engagement • Understand the competition and build strong customer relationships • Conduct mystery shopping and ask for dealer referrals • Plan and facilitate proposal process
