Description

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and industry standard frameworks • Write and maintain automated test scripts • Source and implement automation testing tools • Create and maintain test documentation • Design, implement, and maintain manual testing processes • Write and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists • Collaborate with teams to identify user story dependencies • Participate in grooming and planning sessions • Troubleshoot, analyze, and report product defects

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined hands-on experience in test automation and manual QA • Experience in Salesforce test automation tools • Salesforce.com certification required, QA certification preferred • Experience with NetSuite desired • Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor team members • Hands-on experience with DevOps • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills • Ability to manage testing efforts within project timelines • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Zephyr or similar tools • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends • BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience
