📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional team members using Asana and communication channels • Create, execute, and revise deliverable plans • Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication • Support account calls with detailed recaps, action items, Asana task assignments, and follow-up • Evaluate new work requests, identify required resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule action items • Provide regular progress updates and reports to internal teams and client stakeholders • Conduct risk management and proactively escalate issues within account teams • Identify improvements to internal and external processes and propose solutions • Serve as the communications and coordination hub between clients and account teams • Ensure digital marketing deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards • Report to the Client Experience team with support from the Project Management Office

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment • Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, and Analytics • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change • Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation • Ability to direct teams effectively in task prioritization and execution while facilitating multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Process-driven, highly organized, methodical, and skilled in time management • Strong business ethics and political awareness • Flexible problem-solving and openness to participate in and promote organizational change • Ability to think independently and work autonomously • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English required
