Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for financial institutions after contracts have been signed • Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to help deploy bank deposit account products and services to customers • Grow customer relationships through education, training, and implementation of best practices • Master how to use internal tools to deploy out-of-the-box and tailored solutions • Collaborate with customers, understand their problems, and design applications to address their needs • Participate in weekly calls with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure project success

Requirements

• Experience working in the sales and implementation phase with large Enterprise or institutional customers • Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, Excel, and DocuSign • Strong knowledge of financial products and services (preferred but not necessary) • Previous experience in customer interaction and problem-solving • Ability to think quickly and solve problems during customer calls
