Description

• Cultivating long-term relationships with assigned clients • Providing strategic oversight during the client journey • Developing success plans with clients • Driving adoption and education on new features • Identifying new revenue opportunities and participating in proposals • Delivering business reviews and aligning priorities • Building strong relationships with internal teams • Maintaining high client happiness and reference-ability • Sharing client success stories and knowledge of industry trends

Requirements

• 2+ years in client-facing or client success roles in financial or wealth management services • Record of translating business needs into technical product utilization • Strong analytical skills and discipline in operations • Knowledge of technology for engagement with R&D teams and clients up to MD/C-Suite level • History of success in driving organizational change and adoption efforts • Experience in building relationships with senior executives and key influencers • Track record of leading large projects and programs • Handling difficult clients or situations effectively • Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills • Collaboration within a team and across functions • Ability to navigate data and people for answers • Independent, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Openness to travel • Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus

Benefits

• Starting pay range of $67,000 - $105,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits • A market-based approach to pay • Specific salary range for preferred location during the hiring process
