Description
• Provide support for hospital and vet professional users • Help to fulfill needed relief shifts • Ensure active engagement of hospital & vet users • Manage general inquiries • Proactively resolve user issues • Coordinate payouts/reconciliation with Finance • Support other activities needing Account Manager (AM) assistance
Requirements
• Experience in veterinary/animal health care industry a plus • Strong knowledge of working with DVMs and veterinary hospitals a plus • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus • Strong business relationship building and account management skills • Ability to use CRM tools (Hubspot and/or Zendesk) • Proactive and organized, with strong communication skills • Ability to work with remote team members and different teams • Flexibility and agility in an early-stage startup environment • Positive, can-do attitude
