Requirements

• Proven track record in customer success/account management • Experience in educational technology sector preferred • Strong technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and HTML • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or alternative routes with additional certifications or training
