• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — from cold calling and online demos through to closing. • Our dedicated SDR team supports you with qualified leads. • You deliver compelling online demos, identify customers' pain points, and present tailored solutions. • You manage deals ranging from €6,000 to €100,000 with sales cycles of 2–12 weeks. • You acquire at least 5 new customers per month and target monthly revenue of €70,000–€100,000 (depending on seniority). • You independently prioritize your pipeline and use CRM data (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for planning and forecasting. • Together with the team, you optimize our sales process, contribute ideas, and test new strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-driven environment. • Experience working with SDRs and executing efficient lead handovers, as well as conducting your own cold calling. • Proven track record closing short-cycle deals (2–12 weeks) and mid-sized deals (€6k–€100k). • Strong understanding of goal-oriented work, KPIs, funnel logic, and monthly revenue targets. • Ownership mindset — you proactively seek solutions, learn from setbacks, and test new approaches. • You are self-motivated, have a good sense of timing in sales, and think entrepreneurially. • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills.
