• IT Services Sales, CXO level engagement, Strategic Alliances, Consultative Selling, managing relationships with clients and internal functions. • Proven experience of doing consultative sales in Data Analytics, Application Development and AI. • Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
• Ability to drive sales from lead generation to closure in digital engineering primarily in application development and data engineering. Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an individual contributor selling to organizations in USA • Ownership & participation of end to end sales cycle for new client acquisitions • Participation on sales & proposal presentation • Experience in account mining, growth and customer satisfaction • Managing & Nurturing existing customers • Need to travel for client meetings • Educate prospective customers on the merits of ProArch wide range of services, skills and expertise • Develop account presence with senior client personnel • Negotiate deals • Need to work on over lap of time zones • Work closely with Pre-sales Team, Delivery Team, and Client Partners in defining appropriate strategy to win the clients. • Ability to drive through client interactions, make presentations and driving in-person client meetings. • Build relationships with CXO level. To liaise with accounts, build a relationship, ensure regular follow-ups, and pursue up selling. • Ensure sales targets and conversion metrics are met. Diligently track and report progress of leads.
