Description
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new business and cultivating agency relationships • Work with agents to develop strategy for sales revenue growth • Build and maintain relationships with senior personnel • Conduct financial reviews with executive ownership • Utilize CRM to track and analyze sales leads
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Prior sales management experience required • 5-7 years automotive industry experience preferred • Own vehicle with a good driving record required • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car
