Description

• Responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, building and managing sales team, driving revenue growth • Ensure contracted sales goals are achieved • Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company’s goals • Create and maintain culture of execution and goal attainment within sales team • Lead, mentor, and manage sales team performance • Establish and maintain key customer relationships, identify and secure new business opportunities • Collaborate with internal departments for cohesive strategies and messaging • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and forecast sales • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback for informed strategies • Define and coordinate sales training programs • Requires regular travel and some evening/weekend work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • MBA preferred • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with proven track record in senior sales leadership • Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate sales team • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and sales analytics tools • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Experience in strategic planning and execution with strong analytical skills • Familiarity with education industry and market trends • Ideal candidates should reside within commuting distance to Bloomington, IN
