📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process on a regional scale • Develop, post, and maintain job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to positions and media platforms • Proactively source potential candidates via job boards and social media • Organize, conduct, and report on first-stage interviews and testing of job candidates, if applicable • Ensure ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits benchmarks for each job position in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and HR Team • Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within Milestone One • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs • Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process • Maintain a positive reputation of the company as an employer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience presenting the required knowledge, skills, and abilities • Experience in sourcing and recruiting • Experience implementing different recruitment methods and techniques • Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus but not required • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System • Fluent English is a must
