We are looking for a Director of Field Marketing that is excited to bring Pulumi’s cloud programming model to the world. You will be a part of realizing a vision where every developer can harness the power of the cloud. As the Director of Field Marketing, you will bridge the gap between sales and marketing to ensure our field events and programs are maximized within each seller’s territory and target account list. You’ll support the sales team by enabling regional marketing programs, taking a proactive approach to planning and executing initiatives that are both strategic and creative. At Pulumi you will be challenged, learn, teach, and collaborate with an elite team of great people. While Pulumi is headquartered in Seattle, WA., we are dedicated to being a remote first company.
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS company • Experience marketing to a developer audience is a plus • Exemplary communication skills, without fear of over communicating • Detail oriented and organized • Hands-on experience with community/customer groups • Highly collaborative, willing to jump in and be hands-on • Experience supporting multiple regions • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM • Ability to travel on occasion (less than 20%) to support field events
