📋 Description

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Drive execution using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement • Use Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports to track progress and optimize teams • Partner with product and engineering teams to align execution with strategic goals and quality standards • Support QA cycles and contribute to end-of-sprint demos, emphasizing testing and product quality • Identify and remove blockers so teams have clarity and resources to succeed • Coordinate distributed iOS, Android, and full-stack teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Maintain communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Use JIRA or similar project management tools for sprint planning and delivery tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Management, or related application development roles • Strong Agile expertise in Scrum and Kanban • Proven cross-functional team leadership experience • Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile and web applications • Proficiency with JIRA or equivalent Agile tools • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Strong focus on quality, process improvement, and outcomes • Ability to navigate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and build alignment • Ability to own multiple complex projects independently in fast-paced environments • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones • Bachelor's degree required • Fluent English required, including spoken, reading, and professional writing proficiency
