• Make outbound calls to customers, greeting them and introducing yourself and the company • Listen actively and avoid interrupting customers during their questions or conversations • Explain and educate customers about our processes • Answer follow-up questions to the best of your ability • Collect customer information and identify their specific product and service needs • Communicate simultaneously with customers and our Dispatch Team to coordinate convenient on-site appointments • Enter all gathered information directly into our CRM • Thank customers for their time
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette • Ability to remain calm and productive during periods of high call volume • Strong information retention and attention to detail • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accurate data entry • Good spoken English (approximately 85% proficiency)
