Description

• Conduct thorough manual testing of the cross-platform client to identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies • Collaborate with developers to communicate issues, provide feedback, and verify fixes • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure optimal performance and functionality across different platforms and devices • Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records of testing activities • Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and ensure testability of new features • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the QA team

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques • Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, risks, and recommendations • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
