• Own Qualia’s demand generation strategy, planning, and execution • Lead a high-performing team to grow multiple products targeting SMB through Enterprise accounts • Define and manage demand generation strategy, plan, execution, and metrics • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline generation • Build integrated plans in partnership with other marketing and GTM functions • Define and execute programs and tactics to support ABM initiatives • Keep current with and implement best practices across digital marketing and demand generation • Make a huge impact in a hyper-growth company at scale

Requirements

• 10+ years of demand generation and/or marketing experience in B2B SaaS • 4+ years experience building or leading a team • Experience with agencies • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or fintech industry is a plus
