Description
• Support a portfolio of clients • Manage technical implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth • Guide clients to define requirements and create innovative solutions • Equip stakeholders with capabilities to execute digital strategy • Develop custom JavaScript functions • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for real-time visibility to digital platform performance
Requirements
• Past experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions • Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or related roles preferred • Solid understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development • Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Proficiency in JavaScript development • Experience with digital analytics solutions • Knowledge of browser developer tools • Familiarity with page load lifecycle • Project and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to connect with diverse audience • Travel estimated once per month • Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 base | bonus eligible
