Description

• Be an integral member of Quisitive’s growing Managed Services team • Consultative, billable position measured on customer satisfaction • Position yourself as a customer advocate • Responsible for ensuring clients’ desired outcomes are achieved • Activities include being the 'Voice of the Customer', building relationships, promoting solutions/services, supporting planning and roadmap activities, managing resourcing and service escalation, and organizing/documenting business objectives • No agencies or third parties • US Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Enjoy working in cross-functional teams with a positive attitude and proactive personality • Managing complex client and internal relationships proactively • Customer service mentality with patience, empathy, and professionalism • Experience working with IT and business decision-makers • Ability to deescalate sensitive client situations • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • 5-8 years of project, account, and customer management experience • Level 100-200 understanding of Microsoft cloud products from a business user perspective • Experience in IT services/consulting industry • Ability to obtain Microsoft technical certifications in first three months • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • PMI or CAPM certification, change management experience, Microsoft certifications, business analyst/pre-sales experience, Customer Success role experience, Microsoft services organization experience
