Description

• Play a key role as a Customer Success Manager at 6sense • Own high profile customer relationships and ensure customer adoption delivers measurable results • Manage the happiness and renewal of a portfolio of assigned 6sense customers • Partner with a technical Customer Success Manager to manage onboarding, product rollout, and training • Identify areas for customer growth and build customer advocates • Advocate for customers' product feature priorities internally and align with the product team • Drive customer success culture company-wide

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience, ideally from a high tech or SaaS company • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams • Led projects from conception to closure and leveraged internal resources • Familiarity with marketing tech stack, Marketing Automation, CRM, or related applications • Strong analytical and communications skills
