âą Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner engagement. âą Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities within your assigned territory. âą Develop trusted relationships with CISOs, Security Leaders, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Software Development, and IT leadership teams. âą Lead the entire sales process from initial engagement through evaluation, negotiation, and close. âą Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets. âą Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM systems. âą Collaborate with marketing, channel, and technical teams to execute regional growth strategies. âą Represent RapidFort at industry conferences, customer meetings, webinars, and events. âą Provide market feedback and customer insights to support product and go-to-market initiatives.
âą Minimum 5 years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience. âą Proven hunter with a demonstrated track record of generating net-new business and consistently exceeding quota. âą Experience selling one or more of the following: âą Software Supply Chain Security âą Application Security âą Cloud Security âą DevSecOps âą Container Security âą CNAPP âą CSPM âą Vulnerability Management âą Related enterprise cybersecurity solutions. âą Demonstrated success engaging CISOs, Security Leaders, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Software Development teams. âą Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and closing enterprise software opportunities. âą Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and account acquisition skills. âą Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. âą Professional proficiency in English. âą Authorization to work in the country of employment.
