Description

• Responsible for driving sales growth of Rapid Micro Biosystems products and services • Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales representatives • Achieve quarterly and annual orders and revenue targets • Coordinate with GM, APAC & EU and SVP of Global Sales & Marketing • Develop relationships with key customers and opinion leaders • Travel within the region to visit customer sites • Coach and mentor team members • Administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in science / business related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Documented success in Industrial and/or Medical Device Sales • Travel required • Knowledge of industrial microbiology lab environment • Experience with CRM tools
