Description

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional squad to translate strategy into a roadmap with specific initiatives to be tested for the machine learning models focused on optimizing offer selection and pricing • Data Analysis: Work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and use them to inform decision-making • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the backend and data engineering squad and across departments to ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions into our products and services • Clearly communicate project updates, results, and insights to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences • Gather insights from both internal and external sources to better understand user needs and identify levers that can enhance offer selection, always prioritizing customer happiness and retention in decision-making

Requirements

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • You have a proven track record of successfully delivering machine learning projects • Significant experience in product management, with a focus on (big) data & machine learning projects • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms • Experience with data analysis tools • Experience with a/b testing • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you think strategically and make decisions based on data • Experience working in cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment • Knowledge of SQL & Business Intelligence (e.g. Looker) • It’s a plus if you have experience with pricing algorithms, but this is not a must
