• Excellent German skills (C1) • Enjoy communicating and providing customer service • Inbound sales experience? Great — not required • Motivated, willing to learn, and goal-oriented • Proficient with PC and CRM systems • Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach — even during difficult conversations
