Description

• Accurate and timely data entry into Relocity's software platform • General administration duties in support of the team • Ongoing and consistent monitoring and organization of operational emails, maintaining correspondence with partners and internal ops team • Prepare regular reporting for internal and external parties • Project work to support broader operations team • Analysis of operational metrics to support team performance

Requirements

• East Coast time zone is strongly preferred (Working hours will be 8AM - 5PM EST) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong IT skills, highly proficient in Excel and G Suite • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data. • Willingness to learn new skills and systems • Excellent organizational skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail • Embraces the opportunity to engage in recurrent duties with diligence and consistency • Passionate and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with ability to multi-task successfully • Experience working in a tech environment beneficial • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Solution oriented and passion for problem solving
