• The Sr. Product Designer ensures elegance, continuity, and utility in Relocity’s digital experiences. This role works within the Product and Technology organization. They will bring a user-centered approach to all phases of project work, including discovery, research, content creation, prototyping, iteration, and delivery. Candidate must have a passion for design thinking and a strong ability to communicate their design rationale and drive the team towards a well-informed solution. This role demands a thorough understanding of design principles with emphasis on data visualization.

Requirements

• Previous Experience: Demonstrated success in previous UI/UX design roles, showcasing a portfolio of user-centered design solutions. • User-Centric Approach: Proven ability to prioritize user needs and preferences in design decision-making processes. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc., and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts. • Collaboration Skills: Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, resulting in successful design implementations. • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, evidenced by innovative design solutions that address complex challenges. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and design constraints, maintaining flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
