📋 Description

• Run welcome and setup calls with new customers • Guide customers through account configuration and first use • Track onboarding progress and chase outstanding steps • Prepare onboarding documentation and short how-to guides • Hand completed accounts to the support or success team • Gather feedback and flag common sticking points

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, customer success, training or account support • Confident running video calls and explaining things simply • Experience with a CRM or customer platform • Strong written and spoken English and a well-organised approach • A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work • Experience onboarding customers onto a SaaS product (nice to have) • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom or Notion (nice to have) • Experience building templates or onboarding checklists (nice to have)
