• Be the first point of contact for customers through email, chat, and phone • Answer queries and resolve issues • Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression • Respond to incoming tickets and troubleshoot common problems • Escalate complex issues and keep accurate records of customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
