📋 Description
• Process new policies, renewals and mid-term adjustments • Prepare quotes and documentation for clients • Update the broker management system accurately • Chase insurers and clients for outstanding items • Diary renewals well ahead of expiry • Maintain accurate policies, renewals and client records • Work independently while participating in regular team check-ins
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in insurance or broker administration • Confident with a broker system such as Acturis or Open GI • Strong attention to detail • Clear written English • Comfortable working to renewal deadlines • CII or similar study progress (nice to have) • Experience with commercial or personal lines (nice to have) • Excel reporting (nice to have)
