📋 Description

• Record goods received and dispatched against purchase and sales orders • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the warehouse team • Maintain product records, codes and units of measure • Prepare stock reports and support cycle counts • Flag low stock and slow-moving lines to the buying team • Keep supplier delivery documentation filed and traceable • Keep stock records accurate for a UK business • Work UK business hours from home as part of a South African team placed with established UK employers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with stock, inventory or order administration • Confident in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters • Familiarity with an ERP or stock system such as Unleashed, Cin7 or Sage • Methodical approach to reconciling numbers that do not agree • Reliable, consistent data entry under volume • Exposure to cycle counting or stocktake processes • Experience in wholesale, retail or e-commerce operations • Understanding of landed cost or goods-in pricing
