• You’ll be targeting revenue managers, asset managers and operations leaders and selling them a data product that doesn’t exist in the market today. Your target prospects will be the industry’s largest property management companies and you’ll be introducing them to Rentable’s competitive intelligence platform: ApartmentIQ. This requires resourcefulness, persuasion, determination, a competitive spirit, and the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life. You’ll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized & rewarded for your success. We only hire the best, and you’ll need to convince us that you’re a top level performer. To succeed, you’ll need to be comfortable in a hunting role, building your pipeline from the ground up.
• 5-10 years in an enterprise level SaaS sales executive role • Multifamily sales experience required • Proven track record of success closing enterprise level ($1M+ ARR) deals • Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience a plus • Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
