• You proactively own the creation and ongoing development of a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound activities • You accompany potential customers throughout the entire sales process — from proposal preparation, objection handling and contract negotiations to closing and order entry • You manage your sales funnel and ensure reliable forecast quality through disciplined CRM maintenance • You contribute to the development and optimization of our lead sources and work closely with colleagues in Marketing
• Proven experience in (telephone) direct sales and ideally in one of the above market segments (construction, real estate, foreign trade, …) • Alternatively, experience in selling databases or SaaS • High degree of self-initiative and a results-oriented working style • Structured, reliable and confident in appearance, with negotiation skills and strong closing ability • Business-fluent German (negotiation-level)
