Description

• As a Segment Business Partner, you will support your assigned Sales Leaders in managing pipeline, performance, sales territories, GTM design, rules of engagement, and sales capacity. • Assist with the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management. • Own, drive and continuously improve forecast and pipeline management, process, and methodology. Understand forecast trends across different business segments and see around corners to provide insight to sales management. • Manage and support the data requirements for ongoing business activities such as monthly and quarterly business reviews and produce insightful reporting on the overall performance of the business and potential areas of opportunity. • Analyze sales and business performance with consideration for sales quotas, company OKRs, KPIs, and sales coverage. Where weaknesses and gaps in the data and processes exist provide recommendations for improvement. • Partner with Finance, Marketing, IT, HR, etc., to develop strategies and automation tools to support Sales. • Drive innovation by exploring new tools, methodologies, and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, performing regular audits and validations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (SaaS) company • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including pivot tables, data modelling, lookups, etc. • Strong experience using Salesforce.com, business intelligence tools (Domo, Tableau) Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach), conversational intelligence tools (Gong, Copilot), forecasting (Clari) • Advanced analytical skills - proficient in modeling complex problems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment. • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business acumen. • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing automation solutions. • Able to think critically, identify gaps and develop a plan to address issues
