Description

• Lead and manage the automation testing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications • Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline • Define and implement automation testing strategies, best practices, and standards • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and reliability of automated test scripts • Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and identify areas for automation • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools, technologies, and trends • Provide leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation testing processes • Communicate test results, metrics, and progress reports to stakeholders and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Proven experience (6+ years) in automation testing, with a focus on web and mobile applications • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner • Strong proficiency in SQL for database testing and querying • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure • Proficiency in .NET and C# programming languages • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium for automated testing • Experience in designing and implementing automation testing frameworks from scratch • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, QA processes, and best practices • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
