• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries. • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required. • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence. • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Coordinate projects and follow up on action items. • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. • Assist with event planning and meeting logistics. • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Perform general administrative and operational support as required.
• Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant. • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and **Google Workspace**. • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
