• Conduct active prospecting (cold calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other tools) to identify potential clients. • Map companies with potential demand for Recruitment and Selection services. • Identify decision-makers within HR, executive leadership and management. • Qualify opportunities according to the company's established criteria. • Schedule sales meetings to present services. • Input and update information in the CRM. • Perform follow-up with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the qualification process. • Support building prospect lists and outreach strategies. • Monitor performance indicators related to lead/opportunity generation. • Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversion of opportunities into clients.
• High school diploma required (university degree in progress or completed is a plus). • Experience in active prospecting, telesales, SDR/BDR roles, or consultative selling. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships. • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and prospecting tools. • Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
