• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback); • Proactively source candidates across various platforms; • Support talent attraction strategies and job advertising; • Maintain organized tracking of selection stages and status.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience recruiting for various positions within agricultural companies; • Own computer or laptop and reliable internet access; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; • Active CNPJ (company registration) — contracted as PJ (legal entity/independent contractor).
