📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment processes for roles at various levels and across different industries. • Define sourcing and talent-hunting strategies. • Perform active outreach for strategic and specialized positions. • Maintain and organize the talent pool. • Prepare reports, candidate assessments, and technical feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • No prior recruitment and selection experience required. • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Active business registration (CNPJ) or willingness to open one and work independently. • Availability to work remotely. • Laptop or computer in excellent working condition. • Mobile phone. • Installed and fully functional Microsoft Office suite. • Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional work environment. • Preferred: residence in Brazil’s Federal District or surrounding areas.
