📋 Description

• execute recruitment strategy and elevate the candidate experience • screen and qualify potential candidates • collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers • build a robust talent pipeline • maintain relationships with referrals and internal clients • track and communicate interviews, placements, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique and corporate levels • ability to manage a high requisition count (20+) • experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred • digital savviness with ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • ability to work across time zones • flexibility to adapt quickly • strong presentation skills • empathy in working with people
