Description
• The Regional Vice President of Navigation Sales, Southeast is responsible for directly selling the Care Navigation solution to self-funded employers • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute a direct to prospect strategy • Drive the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to analyze client needs and solution fit, contribute to preparation and positioning of the company to win • Finalize contract terms and support the accurate translation of the proposal into contractual agreement • Participate in business events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars
Requirements
• 5+ years sales/account management/producer experience in health plan, insurance company/carrier, benefits consulting, or employer-centric network solutions • 2+ years benefit solution direct-to-employer/TPA/broker sales experience • 2+ years managing consultant & broker relationships • Proficiency in Google suite, Microsoft office, salesforce, and other industry-related software
Benefits
• Competitive salary of $160,000/year before commission potential
